The available time-out periods appear in the Account Profile under Time-Out. A Time-Out may be revoked only after 24 hours from the initial request. Upon expiration, the account is automatically reactivated and normal access resumes without further action by the user.
Self-exclusion is a longer period during which your Deltin7 account remains closed and you cannot access any products. To initiate, you must submit a formal request by email to the official support address, stating the desired exclusion duration. On receipt, your account enters a 24-hour cooling-off period during which no gambling activity is permitted. After the cooling-off period, you will be informed of the available fixed exclusion durations. Only pre-selected durations are offered; there are no bespoke durations. To proceed, you must confirm the chosen period by replying to the notice by email. If you do not respond within a further 24 hours, your account will be reopened and confirmed by email.
